Interesting question, and lately there’s a friend asking me this question. I gave some answers and convinced him not to quit. But today I resigned from my position after 5mins nice conversation with my boss and my boss’s boss. Actually I made the call under 5 seconds without hesitation. I’m not really patient these days.
